ANNUAL OCPW GOLF TOURNAMENT

OCPW would like you to join us for our 2nd Annual Golf Tournament

at Occoneechee Golf Course on May 20th

$200 registration includes lunch, cart, and 18 holes of golf for a team of 4. Lunch begins at 11:30am with a shotgun start @ 1pm. The event will take place rain or shine.

MAKE-UP EQUIPMENT/UNIFORM RETURN

Make-up equipment and uniform return will be Thursday, Nov 18th, from 6-7p.

Please make sure that you make arrangements to get your player's items turned in.

EQUIPMENT & UNIFORM RETURN

Please make sure that you CLEAN AND/OR WASH all items before returning them. If the chinstrap has been chewed on, you will need to pay $10 to have it replaced. Please remove the mouthpiece from the helmet.

The return dates are Friday, Nov 12th, from 5:30-7:30p (PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP AT/AFTER 7:30p) or Saturday, Nov 13th, from 11a-1p (PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP AT/AFTER 1p).

The following items need to be returned, all other items are yours:

TM & MM Bowl Games Volunteers

OCPW will be hosting TM and MM bowl games on Saturday, Oct 30th. Games are scheduled to begin @ 9am (schedule may change so the time is tentative).

There are still many slots open that we need help filling for the home games this Sat, Oct 16th. Please sign up to help out especially if you haven't done so yet this season.
